Shipping times

All orders are processed within 48 hours to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped, in which you can find your tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

Delivery times

Our delivery times for mainland France and European countries are 8 to 15 working days after dispatch of the order. Delivery for countries such as the USA and Canada is generally 21 working days. Finally, the delivery time for the French Overseas Territories is 6 to 8 working weeks (we remind you that our warehouses are located in Japan and China, which justifies these fairly long delivery times).

Price of delivery in France, Europe and USA

Delivery is free on our entire website.

International shipping

Delivery for the DOM-TOM amounts to 19.99€. Delivery for the rest of the world (countries outside France, USA and Europe) is €9.99.
