DELIVERY
• We deliver anywhere in the world, free of charge (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, North Africa, Australia).
• We ship within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends).
• A tracking number is attached to the shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your package, go to the "track my order" tab.
• Delivery is Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. If you are not at home, the parcel will be left in your letterbox, or delivered to your local post office or to the nearest relay point.
RETURN AND REFUND
• 14-day cooling-off period.
• For all exchanges, first send us an e-mail to info@myjapanclothes.com.
• All items must be returned in their original condition with their labels.
• Refund in the form of a credit note within 5 to 7 days of receipt of the return package.
Size guide
Many of our garments follow a Japanese sizing chart. That's why we advise you to choose a size larger than the one you're used to!
Important : It is possible that the size of a particular part is not the same as the one in the table below. In this case, it will be indicated with a table in the product description.
(Some of our garments are in European sizes, so it's important to read the description to find out what size each item is).
Example : If you're used to wearing M, go for L !
To guide you in your choice, here's a chart to help you find your Japanese size. Bear in mind that most of our garments have an oversize cut, while our sneaker sizes are standard.
